How to sign up

2. Opt to Subscribe

3. Create An Account
After you’ve completed the checkout, you’ll be prompted to create a True Grace account to manage your subscription. Fill the prompts to complete the set-up.
4. Modify Anytime
Make the subscription your own! You’ll be automatically set up to receive a 90-day supply of your selected supplement(s) every three months, but you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time by logging in to your True Grace account. Want to change your shipping date or frequency? Need to skip a shipment? Go for it. You’re the boss.

Our subscriptions are exclusively for a 90-day supply of supplements (rather than, say, a 30- or 60-day supply). This reduces the number of shipments we send you, and it cuts down on packaging too. We’re supporting your health while supporting the health of the planet.
Plus, when you subscribe to any of our multivitamins or our omega oil, they’ll arrive in pouches instead of bottles. This reduces the amount of plastic you use and your carbon footprint.
True Grace stands behind the quality of our products, and want our customers to love them as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, we will provide you with a full refund within 30 days of purchase, even if the product has been opened or used. In order to receive a full refund of your purchase price, please call us at 888-735-1323 or e-mail us at email@example.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Please be sure to have a valid sales receipt or proof of purchase form on hand in order for us to process your refund. From time to time, we may ask you to send us the refunded products back to our facility, at our sole cost and expense, in order for us to examine the products for quality control purposes. Refunds are processed within approximately 5 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS WEBSITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
