True Grace wants our customers to love them as much as we do. If there is an issue with the product you have paid for, we will provide you with a full refund within 30 days of purchase. In order to receive a full refund of your purchase price, please call us at 888-735-1323 or e-mail us at care@truegracehealth.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Please be sure to have a valid sales receipt or proof of purchase form on hand in order for us to process your refund. If you purchased our product from a retail partner and there is an issue, please return it to the original store from which you purchased it.
From time to time, we may ask you to send us the refunded products back to our facility, at our sole cost and expense, in order for us to examine the products for quality control purposes. Refunds are processed within approximately 5 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS WEBSITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
Can I cancel my order before I receive it?
Once your order has been placed, it goes directly to fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain a tracking number you can use to track your shipment.
What should I expect when receiving product shipped in extreme weather conditions?
Depending on the weather in the region you live in, your order may sometimes be shipped in very cold or very warm conditions. Please note that all of our products can withstand these shipping conditions, but we suggest bringing your package inside as soon as it’s delivered to avoid continued exposure to the elements. The Omega-3 Fish Oil softgels may get soft and appear to be stuck together during extreme heat. The product is ok and safe for use. Can I cancel my subscription if it’s already shipped?
