We set standards for our suppliers.
At True Grace, our rigorous focus on quality and transparency starts well before any capsules are filled or tablets are made. We begin by vetting each ingredient supplier. Does their integrity match ours? Do they hold any certifications, such as Non-GMO Project Verified, and have they been reviewed by a third party? Do they invest in clinical trials and ingredient testing? Are their ingredients grown sustainably, organically, and/or, wherever possible, regeneratively?
Answering these questions early helps us answer the biggest question of all: Are we bringing you the highest-quality supplements possible?

We ensure every lot of True Grace supplements passes third-party testing.
Regulation says we don’t have to do this much testing; many companies don’t. It also doesn’t require us to share the results with you. We do because it’s the only way we can be truly transparent with you.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have paid for, we will provide you with a full refund within 30 days of purchase, even if the product has been opened or used. In order to receive a full refund of your purchase price, please call us at 888-735-1323 or e-mail us at care@truegracehealth.com within 30 days of the purchase date. Please be sure to have a valid sales receipt or proof of purchase form on hand in order for us to process your refund. From time to time, we may ask you to send us the refunded products back to our facility, at our sole cost and expense, in order for us to examine the products for quality control purposes. Refunds are processed within approximately 5 business days. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS WEBSITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
