Please be sure to have a valid sales receipt or proof of purchase form on hand in order for us to process your refund. Can I still purchase refill pouches without a subscription?
Yes, our refill pouches cut down on the amount of plastic being produced and the amount of carbon emitted during both manufacturing and shipping. Our pouches are made from sustainably sourced sugar cane and are recyclable at designated facilities. True Grace partners with our pouch supplier to remove plastic from the ocean via the Seabin project. The refill pouches are great for supplements such as our omega oil and multivitamins. Use them to top up the reusable multivitamin and omega oil bottles or simply purchase pouches!
What is regenerative agriculture?

Do refill pouches fit in a 30-count bottle?
Refill pouches may not always fit in a 30-count bottle, depending on the size of the capsule, tablet or softgel. We recommend topping it up with product as needed.
Why does the color of the bottle change?
Or why do my bottle and bottle cap not match? True Grace bottles are made of 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic (from the plastic that winds up in people’s recycling bins every day), and because we believe in this effort to remove plastic from our oceans and rivers, your bottle colors may vary slightly as the plastic used to make the PCR resin may not always match exactly.
What should I expect when receiving product shipped in extreme weather conditions?
Depending on the weather in the region you live in, your order may sometimes be shipped in very cold or very warm conditions. Please note that all of our products can withstand these shipping conditions, but we suggest bringing your package inside as soon as it’s delivered to avoid continued exposure to the elements. The Omega-3 Fish Oil softgels may get soft and appear to be stuck together during extreme heat. The product is ok and safe for use.
