Ingredients:
- 8 oz of your liquid of choice (water, non-dairy milk, milk)
- ½ cup raw baby spinach leaves
- ½ cup fruit of choice (apple, pineapple, berries, kiwi, banana, etc) – Frozen fruit works great!
- ¼ of a medium avocado
- 1 Tablespoon of nut butter of choice (optional)
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon of your favorite True Grace Microgreens Superfood Powder
- Ice Cubes Tip: Use steamed and frozen cauliflower as your ice cubes – you can’t taste it and it ups your veggie intake!
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in your blender.
- Blend at high speed
- Enjoy!
