No Bake Superfood Bites

Serving Size: 12

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 Cup rolled oats (can use gluten free if needed)
  • 3 teaspoons of your favorite True Grace Microgreens Superfood Powder
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 1/4 cup unflavored or vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/3 cup raw honey
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
  2. Form into one inch balls
  3. Refrigerate for up to two weeks, or freeze.
  4. Enjoy!
