Ingredients:
- 1 Cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 Cup rolled oats (can use gluten free if needed)
- 3 teaspoons of your favorite True Grace Microgreens Superfood Powder
- 1/4 cup flax meal
- 1/4 cup unflavored or vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well
- Form into one inch balls
- Refrigerate for up to two weeks, or freeze.
- Enjoy!
